PC troubleshooting sim game

ServiceIT: You can do IT is a premium simulation game for PC by developer picture4u. It is a first-person slice-of-life simulator wherein players take on the role of an IT support specialist running a full-service company addressing all kinds of computer-related problems and offering solutions and fixes to them.

Compared to other PC-themed games like PC Building Simulator 2 wherein players can experience what it's like to build their own computer, ServiceIT: You can do IT humorously touches on errors and problems instead. Newcomers can try this demo version out to get an idea of what the gameplay is like.

Calling IT support

In ServiceIT: You can do IT, you are essentially an expert IT guy who runs a full-service business catering to all kinds of clients with computer-related problems. Receive customer inquiries through e-mail and from there, you'll read up on their problems and figure out the best course of action using all the tools and resources available to you in your shop.

The work you'll receive will involve both software and hardware problems. Open up electronic devices to see what's wrong with them and make the appropriate repairs to restore functionality. You'll also deal with move-in apparatus like telephone and air-conditioning controllers for residential clients. On the flip side assist businesses with setting up things like their internet connection, data servers, and local network of interconnected devices.

In addition, you'll also address problems involving virus and malware attacks, and try to recover your lost data and restore functionality to PCs. There's even a mysterious hacker determined to sabotage your company that you need to deal with. Do note that ServiceIT: You can do IT is still in Early Access. As such, there is still more content to come and bug fixes to be made.

The IT guy

In Softonic we scan all the files hosted on our platform to assess and avoid any potential harm for your device. Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.
